Lisa Goins is a pastor’s wife & mom of four grown children, grandmother to one adorable little girl, speaker & encourager of women, founder of the She Knew Gathering, and now author of Courageously Uncomfortable: a book that shares the deep desires of her heart to encourage women to break free of their comfort zone and pursue the life God meant for them to live, even if you have to be uncomfortable while you do it!
Lisa knows what it’s like to live a life where insecurity rules the day and fear determines most of your decisions, but she often reminds her audience--that is not the way it was meant to be for any of us. Having not grown up in church she admits she was completely un-groomed for the ministry and affectionately calls herself the Un-Pastor’s Wife! But we are so glad that Lisa has pressed through, past the fear, and brings the message God has wrought through her life as she comes to us today—bringing all of herself to the conversation and will undoubtedly leave us all the better for it!
